Birthday Explosion SCOOPED.

5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (or a quart+1/2 pint)
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tbl Vanilla
pinch Salt
1/4 cup sprinkles
1/2 hot fudge
3 cupcakes, broken into largish chunks
1/2 cup white cake batter


Whip eggs, vanilla and sugar together till fluffy. beat in cream, cake batter, and salt. Put in mixer so it freezes! When mixture is almost done, add in sprinkles, hot fudge, and cupcake chunks. mmmmm. enjoy!
