2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup lime juice (add zest from a few for color and flavor, too)
1 shot Cuervo
1/2 Shot Gran Marnier
1/2 tbl Vanilla
1 1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 eggs
pinch Salt
Whip eggs, vanilla and sugar together till fluffy. beat in cream, lime juice, salt, Cuervo, and Gran Marnier. Put in mixer so it freezes!

Does the lime juice not curdle the cream? Seems like there would be a disconnect there.
Also, any chance you have a recipe anywhere that doesn't start with heavy cream? :P
