5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (or a quart+1/2 pint)
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tbl Vanilla
pinch Salt
Whip eggs, vanilla and sugar together till fluffy. beat in cream and salt. Put in mixer so it freezes!
