Vietnamese Chocolate Cinnamon SCOOPED.

5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream (or a quart+1/2 pint)
3 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tbl Vanilla
pinch Salt
1 tbl Vietnamese Cinnamon
6 Tbl Cocoa Powder

Whip eggs, vanilla and sugar together till fluffy. beat in cream, salt, cinnamon, and cocoa (will take forever to mix in). Put in mixer so it freezes!
